Where PulsAPI Stands
PulsAPI does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising — and never has. We don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers either. The controls below let you record legally binding preferences anyway: they are stored in your browser, take effect immediately, and will be honored if our practices ever change (the Privacy Policy would be updated first).

Rights Tied to Your Account
These rights apply to the data in your PulsAPI account and are available to everyone, not just residents of California or the EEA:
- Access / portability: download a machine-readable copy of your data from Account settings ("Download my data").
- Correction: edit your name and profile details directly in Account settings.
- Deletion: delete your account from Account settings — personal data is removed immediately and residual copies are purged within 30 days.
Prefer email, or don't have an account? Send your request to privacy@pulsapi.com. We verify requests by confirming control of the email address associated with the data, and respond within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests, as the statute allows). You may use an authorized agent; we'll ask for proof of authorization. We never discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
