Terms of Service

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PulsAPI platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by PulsAPI Inc. ("PulsAPI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PulsAPI is a cloud service status aggregation platform that provides:

  • Real-time monitoring of third-party cloud provider status pages (e.g., AWS, Stripe, GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, and 240+ others)
  • Unified dashboards showing operational status, incidents, and component-level health
  • 90-day SLA metrics including uptime percentages and MTTR calculations
  • Incident timelines with chronological status updates and post-mortem links
  • Alert routing to email, Slack, and Discord with per-service severity rules
  • Custom dashboard groups for organizing services by project or team

PulsAPI aggregates publicly available information from third-party status pages. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data as it depends on the third-party providers' own reporting.

3. Account Registration

To use PulsAPI, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or authenticate via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately at security@pulsapi.com if you suspect unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
