Research reports
First-party research on how cloud vendors actually behave — what they promise, what they publish, and what we observe. Every report states its sample size, its observation window, and its limitations, and every one is readable without an account.
Status Page Transparency Report
Every vendor says they will tell you when they break. We monitor thousands of them and counted what each one actually publishes: which platform they run, whether they break status down by component and region, and how many publish nothing at all.
Full catalog census · counted, not sampled · Updated August 13, 2026Cloud SLA Benchmark 2026
The published SLA commitments of 53 cloud, AI, developer, data, payments, and identity vendors, each source-linked, with what every "nine" costs in real downtime. The average promise is 99.908%.
53 vendors · published SLAs, not measured uptime · Updated July 12, 2026How we publish
- Every figure carries a sample size and an "as of" date.
- Methodology, exclusions, and known limitations are stated on the report itself.
- Dates change only when the underlying data or analysis changed.
- A number that cannot be defended from source data is suppressed rather than estimated.
- Corrections are welcome — each report carries a contact for them.
