We are monitoring to confirm the fix holds through a full traffic peak before marking this resolved. --- [2026-07-27T14:04:26.068-04:00] (identified) Widgets embedded on customer sites have been intermittently failing to load, returning a rate limit error instead of the widget content. The cause has been identified: a rate limit was being applied across all accounts collectively rather than per account, so request volume from unrelated accounts could cause a widget request to be rejected. Impact is intermittent rather than a full outage, and affects widget loading on customer sites. Fixes are in review now and we expect to deploy today. We will update here once deployed and confirmed.
