Reports for August 3 were also recently released by Google, and we're currently importing that data. We'll continue monitoring for additional days as Google makes them available. --- [2026-08-06T10:44:37.746-04:00] (monitoring) Google Play download reports are currently delayed, with the latest available data from Google being June 30. This delay is on Google's side. Google reports now typically arrive with a 2–5 day delay. Since we're now outside of that normal window, we're actively monitoring for new data. We'll update you as soon as Google resumes releasing reports.

Usage Delays for Some App Store Connect AccountsResolved Jul 1, 2026 · 111h 49mResolved

Good news! We were able to get this resolved on Thursday of last week, much earlier than expected. We've been monitoring usage syncs throughout the weekend, and everything has continued to update normally. This incident has now been resolved. --- [2026-07-01T15:55:28.300-04:00] (identified) We've identified the root cause of the usage sync delays affecting a small number of App Store Connect accounts. We're working on a fix now, though it will take a little time to roll out. We're aiming to have everything resolved next week and will reach out directly to the affected accounts once their usage data is syncing normally again.
