Gurobi Instant Cloud Partial OutageResolved Jun 12, 2026 · 27 minResolved

Following a scale down event on our cloud services clusters, some machines were terminated. The containers that were running on these machines did not restart properly, causing a temporary service disruption. Deploying fresh containers of our micro-services solved the issue. Our logs indicates that the issue started progressively at 19:45 UTC on June 12 2026, and the systems fully recovered at 21:30 UTC. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we have since reviewed and improved our scaling policies to prevent this type of issue from occurring again. --- [2026-06-12T14:37:39.734-07:00] (resolved) Our services experienced temporary failures and have since been restarted. Gurobi Instant Cloud should now be available for normal use. We are continuing to monitor the situation. Please contact us if you experience any further issues. --- [2026-06-12T14:10:03.564-07:00] (investigating) We are currently investigating an issue affecting machine startup in Gurobi Instant Cloud. Our team is working to resolve the issue and determine full scope. We will provide an update as soon as possible.

Gurobi Status FAQ

Is Gurobi down right now?

PulsAPI checks Gurobi every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official Gurobi status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if Gurobi is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until Gurobi recovers.

How do I check Gurobi uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks Gurobi uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for Gurobi.

How fast does PulsAPI detect Gurobi outages?

PulsAPI polls the official Gurobi status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.
