Terraform AWS Provider v6.59.0 — errors during plan for aws_network_acl_rule resourcesResolved Aug 13, 2026 · 1h 15mResolved

Our Engineering team has resolved the issue. We released the Terraform AWS Provider v6.60.0 with a fix. Affected systems should now be operating normally. If you continue to experience any problems, please open a ticket with our support team. --- [2026-08-13T17:50:44Z] (identified) Our engineering team has identified the cause of the "Missing Resource Identity After Read" errors and has completed a fix. We are preparing version 6.60.0 of the Terraform AWS Provider, which includes this fix. v6.60.0 is not yet available in the registry. This affects `aws_network_acl_rule` resources that were created with provider versions earlier than 6.39.0. Terraform runs that do not manage `aws_network_acl_rule `resources are unaffected. Users encountering errors can continue running Terraform by pinning the provider to version 6.58.0: ``` terraform { required_providers { aws = { source = "hashicorp/aws" version = "6.58.0" } } } ```

HashiCorp Status FAQ

Is HashiCorp down right now?

PulsAPI checks HashiCorp every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official HashiCorp status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if HashiCorp is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until HashiCorp recovers.

How do I check HashiCorp uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks HashiCorp uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 99.86%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for HashiCorp.

How fast does PulsAPI detect HashiCorp outages?

PulsAPI polls the official HashiCorp status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.

Does PulsAPI track individual HashiCorp components?
