[CGI] Planned Network Maintenance – Connectivity Resilience Improvements - 15 August 2026Scheduled for Aug 14, 2026 · 4h 0mScheduled

In collaboration with our internet service provider, planned network maintenance activities will be performed to further enhance the resilience of our connectivity infrastructure. The implementation activities will be carried out by our infrastructure partner, while LINK Mobility teams will actively monitor, validate, and coordinate all activities throughout the maintenance window. Maintenance Window 15 August 2026, 00:00 – 04:00 CEST What is being done? Following the incident experienced in June 2026, our infrastructure partner will perform corrective activities designed to restore the intended active-active routing configuration and validate automated failover capabilities across redundant network paths. LINK Mobility engineering and operations teams will monitor the activity and verify the results throughout the maintenance window. Affected Services The following services may be affected during the maintenance window: - API n-eu.linkmobility.io - API c-eu.linkmobility.io - API s-eu.linkmobility.io Potential Impact No prolonged service interruption is expected. However, during routing failover tests, customers may experience brief connectivity disruptions, increased latency, or temporary interruptions while network traffic converges between redundant network paths. Any impact is expected to be short-lived. Mitigation Measures - Dedicated engineering teams from both organizations will monitor the environment throughout the activity. - Continuous validation and testing will be performed during each implementation phase. - LINK Mobility Service Monitoring and Incident Response teams will be actively engaged for the duration of the maintenance window. - Communication channels between LINK Mobility and the infrastructure provider will remain active throughout the activity to ensure rapid response to any issues identified. - The endpoint wsx.sp247.net will remain fully operational throughout the maintenance window and can be used as an alternative endpoint if required. We will provide updates throughout the maintenance window and confirm once all activities have been successfully completed. If you have any questions, please contact your local support department.

Link Mobility Status FAQ

Is Link Mobility down right now?

PulsAPI checks Link Mobility every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official Link Mobility status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if Link Mobility is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until Link Mobility recovers.

How do I check Link Mobility uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks Link Mobility uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for Link Mobility.

How fast does PulsAPI detect Link Mobility outages?

PulsAPI polls the official Link Mobility status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.

Does PulsAPI track individual Link Mobility components?

Yes. PulsAPI monitors 20 individual Link Mobility components, so you can see which service or region is affected instead of a generic "service degraded" banner.

Can I get alerts when Link Mobility goes down?

Yes. Create a PulsAPI account and subscribe to Link Mobility. Email alerts are included on the free Starter plan. Paid plans add Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and webhooks whenever Link Mobility status changes.
