Dashboard 02 - Degradation in Email Link Branding ServiceResolved Jun 1, 2026 · -302 minResolved

Between 05:00 UTC and 08:35 UTC, the Branded Email Link Click Domain service in the DC-02 region experienced an extended period of performance degradation, followed by a brief period of unavailability. Impact: 05:00 UTC – 08:00 UTC: The service operated in a degraded state. Some users may have experienced delayed responses or intermittent timeouts when clicking branded email links for a limited number of affected brands. 08:00 UTC – 08:35 UTC: The service was unavailable while our engineering team performed recovery actions. Normal service was fully restored at 08:35 UTC. Root Cause: The degradation was caused by an unexpected and significant spike in request volume. This sudden increase in traffic placed excessive load on the backend database, resulting in slower query processing and degraded service performance. Resolution: Our monitoring systems detected the degradation and alerted the engineering team. To restore stability and support the increased traffic volume, the team scaled the underlying database infrastructure and completed recovery procedures. After the infrastructure changes were completed, service availability and performance returned to normal at 08:35 UTC. Current Status The issue has been resolved, and the Branded Email Link Click Domain service is operating normally in the DC-02 region. We apologize for the disruption and any inconvenience this may have caused.

MoEngage Status FAQ

Is MoEngage down right now?

PulsAPI checks MoEngage every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official MoEngage status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if MoEngage is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until MoEngage recovers.

How do I check MoEngage uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks MoEngage uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for MoEngage.

How fast does PulsAPI detect MoEngage outages?

PulsAPI polls the official MoEngage status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.

Does PulsAPI track individual MoEngage components?

Yes. PulsAPI monitors 20 individual MoEngage components, so you can see which service or region is affected instead of a generic "service degraded" banner.

Can I get alerts when MoEngage goes down?

Yes. Create a PulsAPI account and subscribe to MoEngage. Email alerts are included on the free Starter plan. Paid plans add Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and webhooks whenever MoEngage status changes.
