Point cloud exports from Crop & Download uses Site Coordinate System instead of the selected Spatial Reference SystemResolved Jul 2, 2026 · 26h 33mResolved

Hello IVION Users, We are pleased to inform you that the issue affecting Crop & Download has been successfully resolved. Our team has implemented a solution, and services are now operating as expected. All point cloud file types when downloaded with the Spatial Reference System coordinate system will export in the expected coordinate system. The fix has been deployed with the release of IVION 11.12.1. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout this incident. --- [2026-07-02T18:11:22.418Z] (identified) Dear IVION Users, We have identified the root cause and are actively working on the fix. We will release the patch with IVION 11.12.1 and are working to having this released as soon as possible. This issue does impact all point cloud download file types when selecting the Spatial Reference System coordinate option in the Crop & Download tool, as the previous status message only indicated specific file types. Thank you for your patience as we investigate this issue and we will share updates as soon as we can. --- [2026-07-02T16:20:57.620Z] (investigating) Dear IVION Users, We are currently investigating an issue affecting point cloud exports using the Crop & Download tool on IVION instances running 11.12.0. Point clouds that have been downloaded using the Spatial Reference System with a defined EPSG as the coordinate option will instead see these point clouds exported using the Site Coordinate System. Confirmed point cloud file types impacted are: - E57 (with and without embedded panoramas) - LAS - RCS - PLY We appreciate your patience during this time as we investigate this issue. Best, NavVis Support

NavVis Status FAQ

Is NavVis down right now?

PulsAPI checks NavVis every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official NavVis status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if NavVis is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until NavVis recovers.

How do I check NavVis uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks NavVis uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for NavVis.

How fast does PulsAPI detect NavVis outages?

PulsAPI polls the official NavVis status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.

Does PulsAPI track individual NavVis components?

Yes. PulsAPI monitors 10 individual NavVis components, so you can see which service or region is affected instead of a generic "service degraded" banner.

Can I get alerts when NavVis goes down?

Yes. Create a PulsAPI account and subscribe to NavVis. Email alerts are included on the free Starter plan. Paid plans add Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and webhooks whenever NavVis status changes.

How do I report an issue with NavVis to the community?

Click "Report an issue" at the top of this page, pick the issue type and severity, and optionally add your region and a short note. Reports are anonymous and help other engineers spot NavVis problems early. Official status pages often lag real incidents by 10 to 20 minutes.

Is there a free way to monitor NavVis?

Yes. PulsAPI's Starter plan includes up to 10 monitored services with email alerts, and the 30-day free trial requires no credit card. You can monitor NavVis alongside up to 9 other services at pulsapi.com/signup.
