Management service instabilityResolved Jun 1, 2026 · 3h 11mResolved

**Status Update** The issue affecting the Management Service has been fully resolved. All systems are operating normally, and we will continue to monitor the environment to ensure ongoing stability. **Incident Summary** A load balancer configuration change caused widespread peer reconnections across all clusters. The configuration inadvertently imposed a connection limit per load balancer node, reducing available capacity to less than 5% and preventing nodes from accepting new connections reliably. As an immediate mitigation, we rolled back the configuration, which restored normal service operation. After identifying the root cause and validating revised configuration parameters in a controlled manner, we re-applied the configuration with the necessary adjustments. The issue has been successfully resolved, and the system is now functioning as expected. --- [2026-06-01T11:07:48Z] (monitoring) A permanent fix has been implemented for the issue affecting the management service, and we are monitoring the results to ensure everything is operating as expected. A new update will come in 30 minutes with more details of the issue. --- [2026-06-01T10:49:19Z] (identified) We still working on a permanent fix for the management issue. The system still operational. Updates will be shared as progress is made. --- [2026-06-01T09:42:11Z] (identified) We have identified the cause of the issue affecting the management service and implemented a temporary fix. The system is operational now and will continue working on the permanent fix. Updates will be shared as progress is made. --- [2026-06-01T09:26:04Z] (investigating) We are currently investigating reports of an issue affecting the management service. Our team is working to determine the root cause and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

NetBird Status FAQ

Is NetBird down right now?

PulsAPI checks NetBird every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official NetBird status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if NetBird is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until NetBird recovers.

How do I check NetBird uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks NetBird uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for NetBird.

How fast does PulsAPI detect NetBird outages?

PulsAPI polls the official NetBird status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.

Does PulsAPI track individual NetBird components?

Yes. PulsAPI monitors 8 individual NetBird components, so you can see which service or region is affected instead of a generic "service degraded" banner.

Can I get alerts when NetBird goes down?

Yes. Create a PulsAPI account and subscribe to NetBird. Email alerts are included on the free Starter plan. Paid plans add Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and webhooks whenever NetBird status changes.

How do I report an issue with NetBird to the community?

Is there a free way to monitor NetBird?
