The issue affecting Unified Portal accessibility has been fully resolved as of 09/08/2026 ~15:04 UTC. All services are operating normally. --- [2026-09-08T15:53:16.974Z] (monitoring) After investigating, we discovered that identify management services which authenticate access to the Unified Portal experienced an increase in requests from internal services which resulted in degraded Unified Portal performance, and in some cases the inability to access the Unified Portal. After these increased requests were canceled by Arctic Wolf teams the Unified Portal began to stabilize and access issues began resolving. Access should now be recovering for all users. We are currently monitoring Unified portal stability.
