What to Do When Canva Is Down

Canva failures usually present as editing working but something around it not: exports failing or hanging, fonts or brand assets not loading, or a shared link showing an older version. The editor loading is not evidence that export is healthy, and export is what people are usually blocked on.

If an export is stuck, avoid re-queuing it repeatedly. A queue backlog during a degradation gets worse with retries, and duplicated jobs delay the original. Where a deadline is involved, exporting at a lower resolution or a different format frequently succeeds when the original request will not.
