We will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade our FusionAuth instance, the system that handles logging in to Databox, on Saturday, September 26, starting at 12:00 AM EDT (6am CEST). The maintenance window is expected to last approximately 1 hour, although the actual interruption is expected to be only a few seconds to a few minutes. The upgrade is part of an important security update to help keep Databox accounts secure. What to expect: If you are already logged in, you should remain logged in and most users will notice nothing. During the brief interruption, login, signup, password reset, MFA setup, and SSO login may be temporarily unavailable. All login-related functionality will be restored once the maintenance is complete. As part of this update, there will also be a change to how MFA recovery codes work. Recovery codes will be shown only once when MFA is enabled, and the “Show recovery codes” option will no longer be available under Profile → Security. If you lose your recovery codes, you can disable and re-enable MFA to generate a new set. If you are completely locked out of your account, please contact our Support team for assistance. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to keep Databox reliable and secure. The GitHub integration is fully available again. As part of restoring the integration, we also introduced security improvements that give customers more control over which repositories Databox can access. Existing connections can be reconnected, and historical metric data remains available. Data from the period while the integration was unavailable may be incomplete. Thank you for your patience.
