Between 19:38 and 20:13 UTC on July 21, 2026, some requests to our Admin API and REST API returned 5xx errors, and the Didomi Console was intermittently unavailable. The cause was a short-lived spike in traffic from a single integration that temporarily saturated shared capacity. Our real-time Consents API continued to operate normally throughout. Traffic returned to normal levels and all services fully recovered by 20:13 UTC. No customer configuration or consent data was affected.

Didomi Status FAQ

Is Didomi down right now?

What should I do if Didomi is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until Didomi recovers.

How do I check Didomi uptime history?

How fast does PulsAPI detect Didomi outages?
