As a temporary workaround, restoring the deleted leave category will allow the pay run to load successfully. --- [2026-07-21T09:48:18.511+10:00] (investigating) We are aware of instances where employee data is not loading in the pay run and are looking into this as a matter of priority.

In the meantime, if you encounter this issue, follow the steps below to resolve it temporarily. 1. Go into the employee file 2. Go to Pay & Compensation 3. Go to Pay Run details 4. Turn off "Synchronise with Payroll" 5.
