Maintenance for Directory Insights, System Insights & Directory Sync (EU region)Scheduled for Aug 15, 2026 · 2h 0mScheduled

Scheduled Maintenance: Directory Insights, System Insights & Directory Sync (EU region) Maintenance window: Saturday, August 15, 2026, 15:00–17:00 UTC (09:00 - 11:00 MDT) Who's affected: Organizations hosted in JumpCloud's EU region. Other regions are not affected. What to expect: We're performing backend maintenance on the event-processing system that powers data ingestion, logging, and directory synchronization. The JumpCloud platform remains online throughout, and authentication is not affected - users can continue to sign in, and SSO, LDAP, RADIUS, and MDM operate normally. Within the window there is a brief period of roughly 15 minutes where some data services may be interrupted: -- System Insights and Agent data collection may pause; some requests may fail and will succeed on retry once processing resumes. -- Directory Insights events and report data may be delayed by up to ~15–30 minutes, then catch up automatically. No events are lost. --Directory synchronization for AD Integration, Microsoft 365, and Password Manager may be briefly delayed; changes made during the window propagate once maintenance completes. Action required: None. Affected data collection and synchronization resume and catch up on their own; any request that fails during the window will succeed on retry. We appreciate your patience while we complete this infrastructure upgrade. If you have any questions, please contact JumpCloud Support.

The scheduled maintenance has been completed. --- [2026-07-18T19:00:12.491-06:00] (in_progress) Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary. --- [2026-07-18T18:00:13.843-06:00] (scheduled) Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes. --- [2026-07-08T15:26:55.390-06:00] (scheduled) Maintenance Window: Sunday, July 19, 2026, 01:00 UTC – 03:00 UTC (Saturday, July 18, 2026, 19:00 – 21:00 MDT) What to expect: Any interruption to login, authentication, or User Portal requests is expected to be brief. Most users will likely notice no impact. During each failover event, any interruption is expected to last less than one minute, and services will remain available throughout the maintenance window. Users who are in the middle of logging in or completing a federated SSO authentication flow when a failover occurs may need to retry their sign-in. Active sessions for users who are already authenticated are expected to remain unaffected. Administrators using OAuth to sign in to the JumpCloud Admin Portal may experience brief, intermittent sign-in failures during the maintenance window. If this occurs, simply retry signing in after a few moments. No action is required on your part. This maintenance is necessary to improve the stability, resilience, and security of our platform. We appreciate your patience while we complete these infrastructure enhancements. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact JumpCloud Support.

JumpCloud Status FAQ

Is JumpCloud down right now?

PulsAPI checks JumpCloud every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official JumpCloud status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if JumpCloud is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until JumpCloud recovers.

How do I check JumpCloud uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks JumpCloud uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for JumpCloud.

How fast does PulsAPI detect JumpCloud outages?
