We have identified that a platform issue during the APAC autopay run affected BECS Direct Debit and Apple Pay transactions processed on 23 July in the APAC region. A subset of customers using Mindbody Payments experienced payments that were successfully collected but incorrectly appeared as failed in Mindbody, and the associated sales records were not created. If affected businesses manually reprocessed these payments, some clients may have been charged more than once. We are working to identify all impacted transactions and affected clients. Once the final impacted list is available, we will contact affected businesses with a list of impacted clients and provide next steps.
