Virtual Appliances (VAs) for a subset of customers are currently experiencing a service disruptionResolved Jul 20, 2026 · 33 minResolved

Our engineering team has successfully resolved the issue affecting Virtual Appliances (VAs) for customers in the us-east-1 region who utilize the Canal secure tunnel VPN configuration. To fully restore your connectivity, action is required on your part. Our team has issued updated SSL Certificates that must be applied to your configuration. Please download the certificates from https://community.sailpoint.com/t5/IdentityNow-Connectors/Virtual-Appliance-Network-Tunnel-Configuration/ta-p/274648 and follow the instructions. Please note: if you have recently downloaded the certificate bundle before, you may need to clear your browser cache to get the updated files. If you have completed the steps above and are still experiencing issues, please open a support ticket. --- [2026-07-20T05:11:09.324Z] (identified) The issue has been identified and fix is being implemented. --- [2026-07-20T05:10:08.062Z] (investigating) We are currently investigating an issue affecting Virtual Appliances (VAs) that is causing service disruptions for a subset of our customers in useast1 —specifically those utilizing the Canal secure tunnel VPN configuration. SailPoint Status FAQ

Is SailPoint down right now?

PulsAPI checks SailPoint every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official SailPoint status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if SailPoint is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until SailPoint recovers.

How do I check SailPoint uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks SailPoint uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for SailPoint.

How fast does PulsAPI detect SailPoint outages?

PulsAPI polls the official SailPoint status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.

Does PulsAPI track individual SailPoint components?

Yes. PulsAPI monitors 229 individual SailPoint components, so you can see which service or region is affected instead of a generic "service degraded" banner.

Can I get alerts when SailPoint goes down?

Yes. Create a PulsAPI account and subscribe to SailPoint. Email alerts are included on the free Starter plan. Paid plans add Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and webhooks whenever SailPoint status changes.

How do I report an issue with SailPoint to the community?

Is there a free way to monitor SailPoint?
