We'll follow up once these backfills are complete. We're continuing to monitor the situation closely. If you're still experiencing issues after refreshing, please reach out to us and we'll take a closer look. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and will post updates here as we learn more. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

What should I do if Supermetrics is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until Supermetrics recovers.

How fast does PulsAPI detect Supermetrics outages?
