This incident has been resolved. --- [2026-08-20T08:04:20.232Z] (identified) We are aware that customers connecting via the Swisscom mobile network in Switzerland are currently unable to open short links served by our platform. Scope of impact: - Affects only end users on Swisscom mobile data in Switzerland. - Swisscom fixed-line and Wi-Fi connections are not affected. - All other networks and countries are unaffected. - Our platform is fully operational. Link resolution, redirects and the management console are serving normally, and monitoring from all external vantage points shows no degradation. The issue occurs within the Swisscom mobile network, before traffic reaches our infrastructure. We do not have visibility into or control over filtering and routing decisions made inside a mobile operator's network. Recommended action for affected end users: - Switch to Wi-Fi or an alternative connection as an immediate workaround. - Contact Swisscom customer support and ask them to review access to the destination, referencing the specific link that failed. Reports from Swisscom's own subscribers carry significantly more weight than reports from third parties.
