We are continuing to monitor the situation with Microsoft. --- [2026-07-31T16:32:47.705+01:00] (monitoring) We are aware that customers have started receiving the verification emails previously requested, and since are now receiving new requests as normal. We are continuing investigation with Microsoft. --- [2026-07-29T17:09:59.749+01:00] (monitoring) We are aware that some customers’ may not be receiving their Microsoft verification codes to their inboxes when they sign in using multi-factor authentication or reset their passwords.
