We received positive feedback from affected customers after Gong's team applied the fix, so we consider this resolved. Still, please email support@chilipiper.com if you notice anything unexpected. --- [2026-09-16T14:36:26.711Z] (monitoring) We were informed that Gong has already implemented a fix, meaning customers should be able to connect to Gong successfully in Chili Piper's Command Center. We will now monitor the results after the fix's implementation. Please email support@chilipiper.com if you still see any errors. --- [2026-09-15T17:27:17.234Z] (identified) We are aware of an issue with customers trying to connect to Gong in the Command Center. This should affect customers trying to connect, whether it’s their first time connecting to Gong or not. Customers who are already connected should not see any impact. Based on our findings, the resolution will require a joint effort with Gong. Gong's Support was already engaged with urgency and informed us that their Engineering Team is actively working on it. We will keep this page updated with the resolution’s progress.
