Incident Declared - CS001 & CS004Resolved Jul 24, 2026 · 1h 6mResolved

This incident has now been resolved. The incident was caused by an outage in the AWS us-west-2 environment that affected all services running there, this has now been resolved by AWS. --- [2026-07-24T12:04:59.772Z] (investigating) We are investigating reports of users being unable to access our CS001 & CS004 as a result of an AWS us-west-2 outage. https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status The issue is currently being looked into by AWS, and there are some initial signs of recovery.
