For a period of 5-10 minutes, during the maintenance window, customers who use Web SSO with OIDC may be presented with an error screen after logging out. Other cloud services will not be impacted. Once maintenance is complete, services will return to normal automatically requiring no customer action.

We are continuing to monitor systems to ensure full stability. While we are seeing some stabilization, work is ongoing to fully resolve the errors. Another update will be posted when available or in 30 minutes. --- [2026-07-22T08:36:38.227-04:00] (investigating) Imprivata is aware of an ongoing issue with Mobile Access Management (MAM) and check-out and check-in workflows failing in some scenarios. We are currently investigating and will provide an update as things progress.
