Our third-party vendor has deployed a fix, and the unsubscribe link is now working correctly for new email broadcasts. Please note this fix does not apply retroactively — Email Broadcasts sent prior to the fix will still direct to a 404 page when the unsubscribe link is clicked. The unsubscribe option at the top of the email, if available, has remained available throughout and can be used in the meantime. A change made by our third-party video hosting provider is responsible for the longer processing times and audio dropouts reported on some recently uploaded videos.
