Mastercard have a fix in place to resolve the issue, and all 3D secure errors for Mastercard users should be resolved for clients using the Opayo gateway (UK/IE only). --- [2026-07-15T13:04:16.511Z] (identified) Mastercard are continuing their investigation into the issue with increased 3D secure-related errors for Mastercard users for clients using the Opayo payment gateway (UK/IE only). We will continue to update here as we receive further information on the issue. --- [2026-07-15T12:07:30.492Z] (identified) There is currently an issue with a higher level of 3D secure-related errors specifically for Mastercard users for clients using the Opayo payment gateway (UK/IE only). Spektrix Payments users and all Visa and American Express cards are unaffected at this time. We are in direct communication with them as they work to resolve this issue.
