On September 1, 2026, from approximately 11:26 AM to 11:55 AM ET, our upstream cloud infrastructure provider (Google Cloud Platform) experienced an outage (https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/J5ia5t9p3g9Q5Wi7r8Ev) that disrupted our sending service. During this window, a large portion of email and text sends were not delivered. We were able to recover a small number of welcome and behavioral sends; the remaining sends from this window could not be recovered. Service has fully recovered and sends are operating normally. We apologize for the disruption.

The issue affecting dynamic coupon codes has been resolved. Onsite campaigns are now displaying coupon codes correctly, and emails and text messages with dynamic coupon codes are sending normally.
