The issue affecting dynamic coupon codes has been resolved. Onsite campaigns are now displaying coupon codes correctly, and emails and text messages with dynamic coupon codes are sending normally. The issue preventing text campaigns from sending is now resolved. The issue stemmed from a configuration error introduced during an internal infrastructure migration, which prevented text messages from being delivered. The disruption occurred between approximately 12:44 PM – 6:13 PM ET. Behavioral Texts: While we previously indicated that our team was working on replaying missed sends, we have determined that these cannot be replayed. On-Demand Campaigns: These cannot be replayed automatically. If you had an On-Demand Campaign scheduled during this period, your CSM will be reaching out to help you reschedule. Our team will be conducting a review to prevent recurrence.
