Delayed or missing post-call summaries and transcriptsResolved Jul 31, 2026 · 3h 17mResolved

We have resolved an issue that caused some customers to experience delayed or missing post-call summaries and increased after-call work. The issue affected Fireworks AI infrastructure used by our post-call summarization service. We worked with Fireworks to restore the affected service, and summary generation has returned to normal. We are continuing to backfill summaries for conversations affected during the incident. No customer action is required. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while we worked to restore service. --- [2026-07-31T09:32:42.315-07:00] (investigating) We continue to investigate an issue affecting post-call processing for some Cresta Voice customers. Live transcription appears to be recovering, but post-call summaries and related post-call outputs may still be delayed. We do not have further updates at this time and will share confirmed progress as soon as it is available. --- [2026-07-31T08:43:51.854-07:00] (investigating) We are investigating an issue affecting some Cresta Voice customers where post-call summaries, notes, call reasons, and call outcomes may be delayed or unavailable after a call ends. Live transcripts may also be delayed or incomplete for some conversations. This may increase agent after-call work (ACW) time while post-call processing completes. Our engineering team is actively investigating and working to restore normal processing. The scope of impact and any recovery options are still being assessed. We will provide the next update within 60 minutes, or sooner if we have material progress. If your team is experiencing this issue, please contact Cresta Support through the Director Support widget or at support@cresta.ai. Including conversation or call IDs and approximate call times will help us validate impact and recovery.

The issue has been resolved, and affected services have recovered. We are continuing to review the incident internally and will follow up with any additional details as needed.

Cresta Director Platform Intermittent AvailabilityResolved Jun 22, 2026 · 3h 50mResolved

Earlier today, some customers may have experienced intermittent issues accessing parts of the platform. Service has been restored and traffic has remained stable. Based on current information, this appears to have aligned with a broader Cloudflare-reported network event involving a fiber cut in Eastern North America. At this time, we consider the incident resolved and will continue to monitor closely. If anything changes, we will share further updates. --- [2026-06-22T09:01:34.984-07:00] (monitoring) Earlier today, some customers may have experienced intermittent issues accessing parts of the platform. Cresta Status FAQ

Is Cresta down right now?

PulsAPI checks Cresta every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official Cresta status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if Cresta is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until Cresta recovers.

How do I check Cresta uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks Cresta uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for Cresta.

How fast does PulsAPI detect Cresta outages?

PulsAPI polls the official Cresta status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.

Does PulsAPI track individual Cresta components?

Yes. PulsAPI monitors 20 individual Cresta components, so you can see which service or region is affected instead of a generic "service degraded" banner.

Can I get alerts when Cresta goes down?

Yes. Create a PulsAPI account and subscribe to Cresta. Email alerts are included on the free Starter plan. Paid plans add Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and webhooks whenever Cresta status changes.

How do I report an issue with Cresta to the community?

Click "Report an issue" at the top of this page, pick the issue type and severity, and optionally add your region and a short note. Reports are anonymous and help other engineers spot Cresta problems early. Official status pages often lag real incidents by 10 to 20 minutes.

Is there a free way to monitor Cresta?

Yes. PulsAPI's Starter plan includes up to 10 monitored services with email alerts, and the 30-day free trial requires no credit card. You can monitor Cresta alongside up to 9 other services at pulsapi.com/signup.
