Microsoft Teams notifications not being deliveredResolved Sep 24, 2026 · 1h 6mResolved

This incident is resolved. The expired credential used by the Hoxhunt Microsoft Teams app was replaced and Teams message delivery was restored at 09:20 CEST on 24 September. Between 22 September 19:09 CEST and 24 September 09:20 CEST, messages sent through the Hoxhunt Teams app were not delivered. This affected training notifications and reminders, course reminders (including manager reminders), Trending Campaign alerts and other messages Hoxhunt sends to users via Teams. Email, Slack, the Outlook and Gmail add-ins, the admin portal and reporting were not affected at any point. Notifications that could not be delivered during this period are not re-sent. Scheduled reminders have resumed on their normal schedule. We are adding expiry monitoring for this credential so that it is renewed well before it lapses. We apologise for the disruption. --- [2026-09-24T09:22:57.952+03:00] (identified) We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue. --- [2026-09-24T09:22:35.376+03:00] (identified) Since 22 September 19:09 CEST, messages sent through the Hoxhunt Microsoft Teams app are not being delivered. This affects training notifications and reminders, course reminders (including manager reminders), Trending Campaign alerts, and other messages Hoxhunt sends to users via Teams. Email delivery, Slack notifications, the Hoxhunt add-in for Outlook and Gmail, the admin portal and all reporting are not affected. We have identified the cause as an expired credential used by the Hoxhunt Teams app and are replacing it now. No action is needed from your side. We will update this page once delivery is restored.

Delivery issues in mail sendingResolved Aug 21, 2026 · 63h 38mResolved

Email delivery has returned to normal and we are not seeing any further issues. Thank you for your patience. --- [2026-08-22T18:05:10.173+03:00] (monitoring) Email delivery has stabilized and affected emails, including simulations, incident escalation emails, automated technical testing emails, verification code emails, email verification emails, and welcome emails are now being delivered as usual. We are continuing to monitor closely to confirm the issue is fully resolved. --- [2026-08-21T18:34:54.359+03:00] (identified) Hoxhunt is currently facing email delivery issues which our technical teams are working to fix. Normal adaptive phishing training simulations are delayed as the delivery attempt will be re-tried if the delivery is not successful (in these instances our system automatically deletes the errored delivery attempts and user statistics are not affected.) Customers in Google environments are not affected by this. Threat forwarding emails are not affected by this as they are sent in the user's context. Affected flows: -Incident escalation emails (delivery will be re-tried automatically but some delay might occur) -Automated technical testing emails (not re-tried) -Verification code emails for signing in (not re-tried) -Email verification emails (not re-tried) -Welcome emails for starting the training (not re-tried for self-onboarding flow via game.hoxhunt.com/begin)

Hoxhunt Status FAQ

Is Hoxhunt down right now?

The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official Hoxhunt status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer. PulsAPI re-checks a vendor every 60 seconds whenever it is not fully operational, or has changed status in the last 30 minutes, so an incident is always on the fastest cadence. Vendors that are stable and rarely watched are re-checked every 5 to 20 minutes instead.

What should I do if Hoxhunt is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until Hoxhunt recovers.

How do I check Hoxhunt uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks Hoxhunt uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 99.48%. The 90-day uptime strip on this page is public: no account needed. A free account adds alerts whenever Hoxhunt changes state, plus 15 days of incident detail; Pro extends that to 90 days and Business to 13 months.

How fast does PulsAPI detect Hoxhunt outages?

PulsAPI reads the official Hoxhunt status page. PulsAPI re-checks a vendor every 60 seconds whenever it is not fully operational, or has changed status in the last 30 minutes, so an incident is always on the fastest cadence. Vendors that are stable and rarely watched are re-checked every 5 to 20 minutes instead. Alerts reach Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email within seconds of detection.

Does PulsAPI track individual Hoxhunt components?

Yes. PulsAPI monitors 10 individual Hoxhunt components, so you can see which service or region is affected instead of a generic "service degraded" banner.

Can I get alerts when Hoxhunt goes down?

Yes. Create a free account and subscribe to Hoxhunt: the free plan covers three services with unlimited email alerts and no monthly notification cap. Paid plans lift the monitor limit entirely (Pro and above do not meter how many vendors you watch) and route the same alerts into Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty and webhooks.

How do I report an issue with Hoxhunt to the community?

Click "Report an issue" at the top of this page, pick the issue type and severity, and optionally add your region and a short note. Reports are anonymous and help other engineers spot Hoxhunt problems early. Official status pages often lag real incidents by 10 to 20 minutes.

Is there a free way to monitor Hoxhunt?

Yes. The free plan covers 3 monitored services with unlimited email alerts, permanently, so Hoxhunt plus two more costs nothing. Every new account also opens with a 30-day Business trial (unlimited monitors, Slack alerts, SLA reporting) with no credit card.
