After a period of monitoring, we have not received any additional reports or detected any further issues. This issue has now been resolved. --- [2026-07-01T20:21:44.789-07:00] (monitoring) We are starting to see an improvement in response times for the loading of websites and will continue to monitor. --- [2026-07-01T19:24:50.012-07:00] (identified) We have received reports from some members, in the Pacific regions of Australia and New Zealand that they are experiencing slow loading times and performance issues when trying to access and edit using the Format site editor application, as well as viewing their live websites. This appears to related to one of our up-stream service providers connections. As we discover more, we will provide updates here.
