We are continuing to investigate this issue. --- [2026-08-07T12:32:30.967-07:00] (investigating) We’re continuing to actively investigate intermittent performance issues affecting some Keela customers, including reports of slow loading in the main app and donation forms. Since our last update, our engineering team has implemented several fixes and mitigations, including moving high-load background jobs away from customer-facing app servers, expanding internal monitoring, and improving visibility into CPU, memory, database, and job activity across affected environments. These changes have reduced some of the earlier spikes we observed, but recent customer reports show the issue is not fully resolved. We now have additional engineers focused on identifying the remaining root cause, with particular attention on database query performance and form-related backend dependencies.
