Incident Number : INC0191207 Moneris experienced a service disruption affecting Interac processing. The issue was identified at 14:00 ET on September 24, 2026 and was successfully resolved at 14:11 ET on September 24, 2026 . During the disruption, affected clients experienced intermittent declines when attempting to process some Interac transactions. We recognize the importance of payment acceptance to the day-to-day operations of our clients and regret any inconvenience this may have caused.  The details of this disruption have been documented and will be used to help us improve our platforms and your experience with Moneris.
