**Issue:** Between 06:30 and 08:30 UTC on July 30, 2026, customers experienced intermittent errors and degraded performance in the Recorded Future Platform. **Cause:** An internal content-processing service became unresponsive. Requests dependent on that service queued and timed out, which affected responsiveness across the Platform more broadly. **Remediation:** The affected service was restored and performance returned to normal.  We have increased capacity for this service and are implementing additional safeguards to prevent recurrence and improve detection.  This was an availability incident only; no Customer Data was impacted. --- [2026-07-30T09:15:22.228-04:00] (resolved) Dear Customer, We are pleased to inform you that the service disruption affecting the Recorded Future application portal has been resolved. What should I do if Recorded Future is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until Recorded Future recovers.

How do I check Recorded Future uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks Recorded Future uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for Recorded Future.

How fast does PulsAPI detect Recorded Future outages?

PulsAPI polls the official Recorded Future status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.

Does PulsAPI track individual Recorded Future components?

Yes. PulsAPI monitors 14 individual Recorded Future components, so you can see which service or region is affected instead of a generic "service degraded" banner.

Can I get alerts when Recorded Future goes down?
