Electrical maintenance - Wartung ElektrotechnikScheduled for Sep 14, 2026 · 248h 0mScheduled

Dear customers, We would like to inform you about upcoming regular maintenance work. This will be carried out by a specialist company and supervised by employees of plusserver Site Management. Maintenance of the electrical engineering in a data center is essential to ensure reliable operation, minimize security risks, extend the service life of the infrastructure and ensure compliance with legal regulations. With the UPS systems, a battery test is carried out on each system, which means that only a small amount of battery capacity is available for a short time for each system. This results in a loss of redundancy. The battery tests are spread over different days and carried out in the morning so that all other systems have a full battery system during the respective test. This process usually takes around 6 to 10 hours. During the entire maintenance period, all sub-distribution boards in the data center are checked, whereby no switching operations are carried out. Date: Monday, September 14, 2026, through Thursday, September 24, 2026 Time: between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (CEST) each day Datacenter: CGN DataCore [DE-WEST-1] Reference ticket: DCO-46504 Impact: We do not expect this maintenance work to have any impact on your booked products. The necessary maintenance work serves to ensure the security, up-to-dateness and performance of our infrastructure. We will endeavor to complete them as quickly as possible and with as little impact on your systems as possible. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via the channels known to you.

Is plusserver down right now?

PulsAPI checks plusserver every 60 seconds. The verdict at the top of this page comes from the latest poll of the official plusserver status feed and refreshes automatically, so you are not looking at a stale cached answer.

What should I do if plusserver is not working?

Check the component list on this page first to see if your failure matches a known outage. If it does, you can report the issue for other engineers, follow the incident timeline for vendor updates, and run any fallback your app supports until plusserver recovers.

How do I check plusserver uptime history?

PulsAPI tracks plusserver uptime over 30, 60, and 90-day rolling windows. The current 30-day uptime is 100.00%. A free PulsAPI account unlocks the full 90-day SLA history and incident timeline for plusserver.

How fast does PulsAPI detect plusserver outages?

PulsAPI polls the official plusserver status page every 60 seconds and usually delivers alerts to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, or email in under 4 seconds after detection. That is often faster than someone on your team notices on their own.

Does PulsAPI track individual plusserver components?

Yes. PulsAPI monitors 20 individual plusserver components, so you can see which service or region is affected instead of a generic "service degraded" banner.

Can I get alerts when plusserver goes down?

Yes. Create a PulsAPI account and subscribe to plusserver. Email alerts are included on the free Starter plan. Paid plans add Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, and webhooks whenever plusserver status changes.

How do I report an issue with plusserver to the community?

Click "Report an issue" at the top of this page, pick the issue type and severity, and optionally add your region and a short note. Reports are anonymous and help other engineers spot plusserver problems early. Official status pages often lag real incidents by 10 to 20 minutes.

Is there a free way to monitor plusserver?

Yes. PulsAPI's Starter plan includes up to 10 monitored services with email alerts, and the 30-day free trial requires no credit card. You can monitor plusserver alongside up to 9 other services at pulsapi.com/signup.
