Upgrading to Pro

Upgrade your PulsAPI account to Pro via Stripe Checkout and unlock advanced features instantly.

Upgrading to Pro

Upgrading to the Pro plan unlocks SLA tracking, unlimited services, custom services, advanced alert channels, API keys, and more. The upgrade process takes less than a minute.


How to upgrade

  1. Click your avatar in the sidebar to open the account menu.
  2. Select Billing (or navigate to Settings > Billing).
  3. Click the Upgrade to Pro button.
  4. You are redirected to Stripe Checkout, a secure payment page.
  5. Enter your payment details (credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method).
  6. Review the plan summary and click Subscribe.
  7. You are redirected back to PulsAPI.

What happens after upgrading

Pro features are unlocked immediately after your payment is confirmed. There is no waiting period.

Once upgraded, you can:

  • Add unlimited services and custom services to your board.
  • Create unlimited teams with unlimited members.
  • Access SLA tracking and uptime reports from the sidebar.
  • Export SLA reports as CSV or PDF.
  • Generate API keys for programmatic access.
  • Configure webhook endpoints and advanced alert channels (Slack, Discord, webhooks).

All your existing data, services, groups, and team memberships are preserved when you upgrade. Nothing is lost or reset.


Billing details

  • Pro plans are billed monthly.
  • You can view your current billing cycle, next payment date, and invoice history in the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • Receipts are sent to your account email after each payment.

PulsAPI uses Stripe for all payment processing. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on PulsAPI servers.
