Getting Help
Whether you've hit a bug, have a question about a feature, or need guidance setting something up, there are several ways to get support from the PulsAPI team.
In-app support tickets
The fastest way to reach us is through the built-in support ticket system.
- Click your avatar in the sidebar.
- Select Help & Support.
- Click New Ticket.
- Describe your issue or question and click Submit.
Our support team will respond via email, and you can track the status of all your tickets in Settings > Help & Support > Ticket History.
Include as much detail as possible in your ticket — the service name, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are helpful too.

We aim to respond to all support emails within one business day. Enterprise plan customers receive priority support with faster response times.
