How to reach PulsAPI support, submit tickets, and find answers.

Getting Help

Whether you've hit a bug, have a question about a feature, or need guidance setting something up, there are several ways to get support from the PulsAPI team.


In-app support tickets

The fastest way to reach us is through the built-in support ticket system.

  1. Click your avatar in the sidebar.
  2. Select Help & Support.
  3. Click New Ticket.
  4. Describe your issue or question and click Submit.

Our support team will respond via email, and you can track the status of all your tickets in Settings > Help & Support > Ticket History.

Include as much detail as possible in your ticket — the service name, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are helpful too.


Email support

You can also reach us directly by email:

support@pulsapi.com

We aim to respond to all support emails within one business day. Enterprise plan customers receive priority support with faster response times.


FAQ

Many common questions are already answered in our FAQ. Check there first — you might find your answer immediately.


Feature requests and feedback

Have an idea for a feature or improvement? We'd love to hear it. Send feature requests to:

feedback@pulsapi.com

Or submit them through the in-app support ticket system with the subject line "Feature Request".
