Creating Your Account

Sign up for PulsAPI using email, magic link, Google, or GitHub.

Creating Your Account

PulsAPI supports four ways to create an account. Choose whichever is most convenient for you and your team.

Option 1: Email and password

The traditional approach.

  1. Go to pulsapi.com/register.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password (minimum 8 characters).
  3. Click Create Account.
  4. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link.
  5. Once verified, you are signed in and redirected to the onboarding wizard.

If you don't see the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can request a new verification email from the sign-in page.

No password to remember — just your email.

  1. Go to pulsapi.com/login.
  2. Click Sign in with Magic Link.
  3. Enter your email address and click Send Link.
  4. Open the one-time sign-in link from your inbox.
  5. You are signed in immediately. If this is your first time, your account is created automatically and you are taken to the onboarding wizard.

Magic links expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once. Request a new one if yours has expired.

Option 3: Google OAuth

Use your existing Google account.

  1. Go to pulsapi.com/register (or the login page).
  2. Click Continue with Google.
  3. Select your Google account and authorize PulsAPI.
  4. You are signed in. If this is your first time, your account is created automatically using your Google profile information.

Option 4: GitHub OAuth

Use your existing GitHub account.

  1. Go to pulsapi.com/register (or the login page).
  2. Click Continue with GitHub.
  3. Authorize PulsAPI in the GitHub OAuth prompt.
  4. You are signed in. If this is your first time, your account is created automatically using your GitHub profile information.

Joining via team invitation

If someone on your team has already set up a PulsAPI workspace, they can invite you by email.

  1. Open the invitation email you received.
  2. Click the Accept Invitation link.
  3. If you don't have an account yet, you will be prompted to create one using any of the methods above.
  4. After signing in, you are automatically added to the team and can see the team's shared board and groups.

Team invitations are tied to the email address they were sent to. Make sure you sign up with the same email that received the invitation.

What happens next?

After your account is created, PulsAPI takes you through the onboarding wizard to connect the services your team depends on. If you skip onboarding, you can always add services later from the service directory.
