Service Directory
The Service Directory is PulsAPI's complete catalog of monitored services. It lists every provider PulsAPI tracks — over 200 cloud and SaaS services — and serves as the starting point for discovering services, checking real-time status, and navigating to detailed service pages.
Accessing the directory
Open the Services section from the sidebar navigation. The directory loads with all monitored services displayed in a grid.
Searching for a service
Use the search bar at the top of the directory to find a service by name. The list filters in real time as you type.
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Search by name | Type in the search bar (e.g., "Stripe", "Vercel"). |
| Clear search | Click the × button or delete the search text. |
Filtering by category
Below the search bar, a row of category chips lets you narrow the list to a specific domain. PulsAPI organizes services into 16 categories:
| Category | Category | Category |
|---|---|---|
| CLOUD | CDN | AI_ML |
| FINTECH | DATABASE | COMMUNICATION |
| DEVTOOLS | IDENTITY | SAAS |
| CI_CD | PAYMENTS | MONITORING |
| DNS | SECURITY | ANALYTICS |
| OTHER |
- Click a category chip to activate it. Only services in that category are shown.
- Click additional chips to widen the filter (logical OR).
- Click an active chip again to deactivate it.
Combine search and category filters for the fastest results. For example, type "Cloud" with the CDN filter active to find Cloudflare quickly.
Service list entries
Each entry in the directory shows:
- Service name and logo
- Category
- Current status — a color-coded badge (OPERATIONAL, DEGRADED, PARTIAL_OUTAGE, MAJOR_OUTAGE, MAINTENANCE, or UNKNOWN).
- Subscribe button — one click to add the service to your board.
Navigating to a service detail page
Click on any service name or its card to open the full Service Detail Page. There you will find component breakdowns, incident timelines, and SLA metrics.
