Integrations Hub
Connect Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, and PagerDuty to PulsAPI — once, at the account level, for automatic alert delivery everywhere.
Integrations Hub
The Integrations Hub is a centralized place to connect your alerting and incident management tools. Once connected, an integration applies across your entire PulsAPI account — you don't need to configure webhooks on each service subscription individually.
The Integrations Hub is available on Pro plans and above. PagerDuty integration requires a Business plan or above.
Supported integrations
| Integration | Plan required | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Slack | Pro+ | Posts alert messages to a Slack channel via Incoming Webhook |
| Discord | Pro+ | Posts alert messages to a Discord channel via Incoming Webhook |
| Microsoft Teams | Pro+ | Posts Adaptive Card alerts to a Teams channel via Incoming Webhook |
| PagerDuty | Business+ | Triggers on-call incidents via Events API v2 |
How it works
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect on the integration you want to set up.
- Enter your webhook URL or API key and give the integration a name.
- Click Test to send a sample payload and verify the connection.
- Click Save — the integration is now active account-wide.
When PulsAPI detects a status change on any service you monitor, it evaluates your alert rules and dispatches notifications to all active integrations automatically.
Managing integrations
Editing an integration
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Edit on the integration you want to update.
- Update the name, webhook URL, or credentials.
- Click Save.
Disabling an integration
You can temporarily disable an integration without deleting it. Toggle the Enabled switch on the integration card. Disabled integrations receive no alerts until re-enabled.
Deleting an integration
Click Disconnect on the integration card and confirm. Deleted integrations cannot be recovered — you will need to re-enter your webhook URL or API key to reconnect.
