Managing Groups

This page covers the full lifecycle of a group — from creation through editing and deletion.

Creating a group

1. Open your Dashboard and click the + New Group button in the top-right corner of the board.
2. Enter a group name (e.g., "CI/CD Pipeline").
3. In the service picker, search or browse the service directory. Check the box next to each service or component you want to include.
4. Click Create Group.

The new group card appears at the end of your board immediately.

Editing a group

Renaming

1. Hover over the group card on your dashboard and click the pencil icon, or open the group and click Settings.
2. Update the group name in the text field.
3. Click Save.

Adding services

1. Open the group and click Add Services.
2. Use the search bar or browse by category to find the services you need.
3. Check one or more services and click Add to Group.

Removing services

1. Open the group to see the full list of member services.
2. Click the x button next to any service you want to remove.
3. Confirm the removal when prompted.

Reordering groups

Groups on your dashboard can be rearranged with drag-and-drop:

1. On the dashboard board, hover over the group card header until you see the drag handle (six-dot icon).
2. Click and hold the handle, then drag the card to the desired position.
3. Release to drop. The new order is saved automatically.

You can also reorder services within a group using the same drag-and-drop interaction.

Deleting a group

1. Open the group or hover over its card and click Settings (gear icon).
2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Group.
3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
