Discover, search, and subscribe to 200+ monitored cloud and SaaS services.
Catalog Browser
The Catalog Browser is where you explore the full directory of 200+ cloud and SaaS services that PulsAPI monitors. Use it to discover services, check their current status, and subscribe to the ones your team relies on.
Opening the Catalog Browser
You can reach the Catalog Browser in several ways:
- Click Catalog in the sidebar navigation.
- Click Browse Services from an empty My Board.
- Use the global search shortcut and select Browse Catalog.
Browsing and searching
Search
Type in the search bar at the top of the catalog to filter services by name. Results update instantly as you type — there is no need to press Enter.
Category filters
Every service belongs to one of the following categories:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| CLOUD | AWS, Google Cloud, Azure |
| CDN | Cloudflare, Fastly, Akamai |
| AI_ML | OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face |
| FINTECH | Plaid, Marqeta |
| DATABASE | MongoDB Atlas, PlanetScale, Supabase |
| COMMUNICATION | Twilio, SendGrid, Postmark |
| DEVTOOLS | GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket |
| IDENTITY | Okta, Auth0, Clerk |
| SAAS | Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion |
| CI_CD | CircleCI, Travis CI, Buildkite |
| PAYMENTS | Stripe, Adyen, Square |
| MONITORING | Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty |
| DNS | Route 53, Cloudflare DNS, NS1 |
| SECURITY | CrowdStrike, Snyk, 1Password |
| ANALYTICS | Segment, Mixpanel, Amplitude |
| OTHER | Services that don't fit the above categories. |
Click one or more category chips to narrow the list. Combine categories with the search bar for precise results (e.g., search "Mongo" with the DATABASE filter active).
Category filters and the search bar work together — active filters apply on top of whatever you type in the search field.
Service tiles
Each service in the catalog is displayed as a tile showing:
- Service name and logo
- Category badge
- Current status (color-coded)
- Subscribe / Subscribed toggle
Subscribing to a service
- Find the service you want in the catalog.
- Click the Subscribe button on its tile.
- The button changes to Subscribed (with a checkmark).
What happens when you subscribe
- The service is added to My Board immediately.
- You start receiving notifications for that service based on your current alert preferences (email, Slack, Discord, webhook — see Alerts & Notifications).
- The service's incident history becomes visible in your personalized feed.
Unsubscribing
Click the Subscribed button on the tile to toggle it off. This removes the service from My Board and stops notifications.
Unsubscribing removes all alert rules tied to that service. You will need to reconfigure them if you subscribe again.
Can't find a service?
PulsAPI is constantly expanding its catalog. If the service you need is not listed:
- Click the Request a Service button at the top of the Catalog Browser.
- Submit the service name and its public status page URL.
- The PulsAPI team will review and add it — usually within a few business days.
See Requesting a Service for full details.
